Fishing Report for the week of August 21, 1998. The water is still too warm in many places to attract the fish into shore, but the canal and the other end of the Cape, Provincetown, appear to have the best fishing.. reported very active fishing at the Race for stripers and. the creeks and out to the point and Sandy Neck.
